At M & M Training Solutions, our mission is to deliver high-impact training that equips organisations and delegates with practical skills. With a combined 60 years of dedicated service in public safety and specialised operations, we have cultivated a career at the forefront of leadership and crisis management. As qualified teachers and holder of a Master’s degree in Strategic and Operational Leadership, and senior level command courses gained through service, we are committed to excellence in high-stakes environments and the development of future leaders in your organisations.

We have held pivotal roles in critical areas such as public order, counter-terrorism, Firearms Incidents and managing CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear) threats, contributing to national preparedness through working with the UK National Centre for CBRN. Additionally, leading  initiatives focused on public protests, personal safety, and the management of Firearms incidents including personal protection around Section 5 prohibited articles like TASER and PAVA.

Our passion for education has driven us to train officers at Home Office UK National Training Centres, where we specialised in high-demand areas. As trainers and managers within the Specialist Operations Departments for over 15 years of service, we helped shape the development of elite officers dedicated to public safety.
