Conflict Management Training

Our Conflict Management Training programme, delivered by experienced professionals with over 30 years in policing, equips participants with essential skills to navigate and resolve disputes effectively. Drawing on real-life experiences, we'll emphasise the underlying causes of conflict and offer practical strategies for communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.

Through interactive tasks and real-world scenarios, attendees will develop the confidence to address conflicts constructively, fostering healthier workplace relationships and improved team dynamics.

Leadership Development

Our Leadership Development programme is designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders, as ex-senior leaders from policing specialist operations, and with over 30 years and experience in leading incidents within complex environments, including firearms, public order public safety, and counter-terrorism, our trainers provide invaluable insights into effective leadership practices.

Participants will engage in dynamic workshops that focus on key leadership skills such as decision-making, strategic thinking, and team motivation. By combining real-world scenarios with theoretical knowledge, attendees will be equipped to lead with confidence and integrity in challenging situations.

First Aid

The Level 3 First Aid at Work Qualification is expertly designed to equip first-aiders with the critical skills necessary for addressing a variety of CPR and first aid scenarios. Drawing on over 30 years of experience of managing trauma and medical emergencies, our instructors bring invaluable insights to this comprehensive three-day course.

Accredited by Ofqual and valid for three years, this qualification is applicable across all industries, ensuring compliance with essential HSE requirements. The course consists of 18 hours of training, which can be delivered over three consecutive days or divided into smaller sessions over a 10-week period for added flexibility.

Participants will engage in a blend of practical exercises and theoretical classroom instruction, culminating in a practical assessment on CPR and first aid. Join us to enhance your first aid competencies, backed by the expertise of seasoned professionals committed to fostering a safer workplace.

Specialist Training Programs

Our Specialist Training Programs are designed to meet the unique needs of the security industry, offering bespoke courses that align with the Security Industry Authority's accreditation standards and certification.

Drawing on our extensive backgrounds working closely with the Health and Safety Executive, we provide bespoke health and safety packages, developed by IOSH and NEBOSH accredited trainers. Our tailored approach ensures that participants receive the most relevant and effective training, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles and maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance in the workplace.
